What this week includes:
This is a one-week stay based in Kaş.
Each day begins with movement. Some mornings are quiet and structured, others open slowly into the town, the water, or the surrounding coastline.
The group stays in one place. From there, days move outward.
Boat days, ruins, small restaurants, and time at the villa.
Everything is arranged in advance and managed throughout.

Every excursion is led by a licensed, English-speaking guide with deep knowledge of Lycian history and archaeology. They don't just narrate. They contextualize.

Transfers from Dalaman Airport, plus all other transportation for the trip including national flights. Coastal roads, mountain passes, ancient harbors. Gaze on the views from a van or bus depending on the group size.

All trips are packed with Ancient history, Archaeology, Local culture, Nature and a Variety of Sports. Diving, Boat Tours, SUP & Kayaking. Customized to your itinerary.

Turkish language and cultural classes with Jordan and Ece. Cooking with Hatice, you'll learn how to make stuffed grape leaves. Market visits in town to watch the live haggling. You don't observe the culture. You live it!

A villa complex or stay in the hotel accross the street. Two private three-bedroom villas with two and a half baths, overlooking the Mediterranean. Pool, terraces, gardens, and a long table for shared dinners. The villa is cleaned daily, beds are made, and your laundry is washed and folded. The hotel is boutique, and has a resturant inside.

Turkish breakfast offered every morning at accomodation or select outtings. Picnic packed, traditional sit down or casual street food lunches on excursion days. Group dinners on select nights or guest are on their own.

Arrive in Dalaman and meet the group. Our driver will meet you there with your guides and take you to a hotel on the peninsula of Kaş. Located 10 minuets outside of town by car. There is a local jitney that comes every 30 minuets through the day that guest can use to access town. We picked this location becuase it is across the street from our Villa, the hub of Likya Scholars. The villa and hotel over look the mediterranean with multiple terraces and both have a large pool deck. After Guest Settle in this is the perfect time to lead a medition or kick off the yoga retreat. After we head to town for a walking tour via the jitney to orient guest to the route and they may get dinner at one of the many resteraunts in town.

Start the second day early as you will have an easier time adjusting to the time difference. Morning yoga at the amphitheater located just on outside the city center. Guest then have the rest of the morning on their own until we gather to lead them through the local bazaar. We will cover Turkish culture here and give guest to assignment to buy one good each from this market. We will bring the fresh produce back to the hotel and have a cooking lesson in the outdoor kitchen after relaxing by the pool and some more time for you to carry out evening yoga. This is an amazing opportunity for guest to connect to the culture through food and have an experience most visitors never get offered. The hotel chef is excellent and speaks good english. After an

Today the moring is for you and your group. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast at the hotel and lead morning activities. Then late morning we head to town and enjoy a private boat cruise to the 5 Islands around Kaş and swim in secluded bays. We can provide a boat with a large sundeck for you to lead a yoga session at sea or in a bay with calm water. Guest may jump off the boat and swim. A big traditional Turkish lunch will be provided onboard and snacks and juices provided. Guest can bring their own drinks if they desire. The evening is free for them to venture on their own.

After the morning unfolds and everyone had breakfast at the hotel we will head to Patara. Once the capital of the Lycian League, and its assembly building, where league representatives voted, is considered one of the earliest democratic parliamentary structures ever built. On top of that, Patara has one of the longest undeveloped sand beaches in the Mediterranean, and the coastal dune system is a natural science study site.

Early morning to get everyone ready for the day. Early Morning Yoga and Breakfast before departure to the Kaş Harbor to take the ferry to the near by Greek Island Kastellorizo. The Group has the option to join our guided tour or explore on their own and regather for Lunch at our favorite restuarant.

Jordan is an ocean engineer and expedition traveler whose life has revolved around water and exploration. He has crossed the Atlantic twice, worked aboard ships in Alaska, guided diving trips along the Turkish coast, and spent much of his adult life moving between mountains and sea. Kaş has remained a constant throughout those travels. Through Likya Scholars, Jordan shares the place that first sparked his curiosity about the world and he is excited to share his experiences with you starting with Turkish culture and history.
Ece studied biology and completed her master’s degree in Berlin before returning to the coast she grew up visiting as a child. Today she lives in Kaş and is now works in tourism. Ece tries learn more everyday about the history and region so she can share this information with others. She is naturally warm and thoughtful, and has a gift for bringing people together. For guests, Ece often becomes the bridge into daily life in town introducing the people, places, and small moments that make Kaş feel like home.

The total program cost is $78,600 for 25 people.
This equals $3,144 per participant. You are welcome to add your own retreat fee, margin, or leadership cost on top of this amount and excluded your self from the exquation as we included your cost in this price per person value.
For participant payments, we can either set up an online booking page through Likya Scholars or you can manage payments directly with your participants.
