Yes. Likya Scholars is designed around slow immersion, cultural exchange, and guided reflection rather than sightseeing. Most guests are adults aged 25–55 seeking perspective or meaningful change through travel.

Each trip is supported by a Likya Scholars trip leader and local Turkish guides who lead specific activities and excursions.

All guides speak English and have deep knowledge of the region.

We offer Spanish, French, Russian, Turkish, and German.

The program fee includes:

•  Nights at a coastal villa or hotel in Kaş
•  Hotels if outside of Kaş
•  Daily Turkish breakfasts
•  Group dinners in town
•  Cultural activities and excursions
•  Transportation for group outings
•  Local guides and trip leadership
•  Cleaning service and laundry
•  Travel/ Flight concierge service

The program fee does not include:

•  Flights to and from Türkiye

•  Some independent lunches and dinners in town
•  Optional activities not listed in the itinerary

This is not a traditional tour. The experience has a clear structure and support throughout, but it is designed to feel natural rather than scheduled. There is a plan for each day, but it is held lightly, allowing time to adjust based on the group, the weather, and how the experience unfolds as our goal is to immerse you into the culture some groups are faster while ofther need more time and this is what make us unique.

Each day begins with a Turkish breakfast at the villa, followed by a planned activity or excursion such as a boat day, a visit to nearby ruins, or time in town. Afternoons are more open, whether that means swimming, resting, or exploring at your own pace. Evenings are flexible, with some nights spent together over dinner and others left open.

Yes. Many guests arrive on their own and quickly settle into the group. The structure of the experience naturally brings people together through shared meals, time at the villa, and days spent exploring. At the same time, there is always space to step back and have time to yourself when you want it.

Payments

You can reserve a place with a 10% deposit.

The remaining balance is due 45 days before the trip begins (Late bookings must pay the full price).

Because each session is limited to six participants, early booking is recommended.

Accommodation & Rooms

Participants stay together in a private villa in Kaş.

Rooms are assigned based on group composition and booking order. Most participants share rooms as part of the program design.

If available for solo travelers only, a private room upgrade may be requested for an additional 35% of the program price accommodation fee (this does not apply for couples who will have their own rooms).

Booking & Group Size

Each trip includes 4 to 26 participants depending on the trip type.

Small groups allow for a more personal experience and flexible daily activities.

If the minimum of four (4) participants is not reached, participants will have the option to transfer to another unfull trip or receive a full refund.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, including a short traveler information form. This allows us to coordinate logistics such as flights, arrivals, and any personal details ahead of your stay. From there, we stay in touch to guide you through anything you need before arrival.

Getting There

Guest have the option to fly into Dalaman Airport (DLM) or Antalya Airport (AYT).

From there, transportation to Kaş can be arranged in advance and we will have a driver ready to pick you up.

Detailed travel guidance is provided after booking.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many travelers, including U.S. citizens, can currently enter Türkiye without a visa for short stays. We recommend checking the official Turkish government website for the most up-to-date requirements before travel.

Yes. Kaş is a small coastal town with a relaxed atmosphere and a strong sense of local community. Many travelers comment on how comfortable and welcoming it feels once they arrive. As with any international travel, general awareness is advised, but Kaş is considered one of the more peaceful destinations along the Turkish coast.
