Likya Scholars partners with academic institutions, corporations, clubs and organizations of all sizes. We support personal growth, leadership development, and initiatives in health and movement while adding in a unquie cultural eye widening lessons rooted in Turkish.
Our programs take place on Turkey’s Lycian Coast and throughout Turkey and are built around experiential learning. Participants engage with history, Mediterranean ecology, philosophy, and cultural exchange not through lectures, but through direct experience. Turkey sits inbetween the West and East and alows for a world biew that has been shapes by two very different ideologies. Learning happens through guided exploration, conversations in place, and workshops held at either a private villa, or our villa complex, and for larger groups we have a partnered boutique hotel across the street to allow for use of both spaces.
We offer trips to Turkey's Major cities including Istanbul, Cappadocia, Antalya, Ankara and more.
This is not a classroom, or a boardroom, nor a traditional retreat setting. It is a structured, immersive environment where ideas are explored in context and shaped through experiences. Our hosts lead discussions during shared meals and tell the traditions and reason behind Turkish Culture and how it all came to be as we exprience it today.
Each program is custom designed. We provide the setting, local expertise, and full logistical support. You bring your students, participants, or team, along with your goals, curriculum, or facilitators. Together, we create a program that is cohesive, intentional, and grounded in place.

At the villa our house keeper will have tea with snacks waiting for you at this time of the day.
We set this time so guest may recharge for the nights big dinners and discussions.
Our private chef has been cooking since early afternoon. Grilled fish, meat, chicken, roasted vegetables, tasty meze unlike anything you've ever tasted. Candles on the terrace.
