Designed for a small group of women, in collaboration with The Fifty Factor. This trip to Turkey brings together participants navigating change, considering what comes next, or seeking space for clarity. With a maximum of six participants, the program prioritizes depth, trust, and meaningful exchange in a setting where life moves at a slower pace along the Lycian coast, creating the conditions for genuine personal reflection and transformation.

Days begin with a traditional Turkish breakfast and continue with guided excursions that introduce the region with context and care, while evenings remain open for rest, conversation, or independent exploration.

The program includes time for small group discussion and intimate workshops led by local women, allowing participants to reconnect with themselves while engaging meaningfully with the culture of Kaş.

Day 1

Settle into the Villa

Arrive At Dalaman
Drive The Coast Highway To Kaş
Settle In & Rest
Possibly Town Tour

Guests arrive into Dalaman and are met for a private transfer along the coast to Kaş. The drive follows the Mediterranean, gradually moving away from the pace of travel and into a quieter setting. Upon arrival at the villa, there is time to settle in, unpack, and adjust to the surroundings. If we have time we will walk through Kaş the town, this includes Lycian tombs carved into the cliffs, offering a first introduction to the region’s ancient civilizations and their relationship to the landscape. The first evening begins with a sunset viewing and happy hour followed by an inaugural dinner at the villa, allowing the group to meet and ease into the experience.

Day 2

Orientation to Kaş

Guided town walk with Ece
Traditional Lunch & Town Bazaar Shopping
Kaputaş Beach
First Sunset In Kaş

After a Tradtional Turkish Breakfast every day at the villa we will head into Kaş. This small town is built directly on top of the ancient Lycian city of Antiphellos. You will literally walk through a functioning modern town layered on top of 2,500-year-old ruins. The Lycian rock-cut tombs that dot the hillsides above town are some of the most intact in the world. The Lycians were a remarkably sophisticated pre-Roman civilization and they practiced one of the earliest known forms of democratic federation in the ancient world, centuries before Rome.

After touring Kaş we will take you to the town bazaar to enjoy a local meal and shop all the vendors or buy some of the freshest produce you desire. Farmers from the area come to town once a week to sell traded goods or produce they grown in season and locally.

Rejoin for an afternoon at a local beach and at the end of the day for an evening happy hour and sunset before dinner.

Day 3

A day along the coast combining ancient ruins, open landscape, and time by the sea.

Explore Ancient Patara
Relax On The Beach
Traditional Turkish Dinner Out
Wander Kaş at night exploring the night life

The day begins with an early departure along the coastline toward Patara, one of the most significant ancient cities of the Lycian civilization. You move through the ruins at a measured pace, passing colonnaded streets, an amphitheater, and civic structures that reflect the scale and organization of the city. The setting is open and expansive, with the landscape playing a central role in how the site is experienced. From there, the day continues to Patara Beach, where the coastline stretches uninterrupted for miles. Time is set aside to walk, swim, or simply rest along the water. On the return to Kaş, there may be a brief stop along the coast depending on the group’s energy. The evening follows the established rhythm, with a sunset gathering at the villa before dinner.

Day 4

Get Active then Relax at a local secret

Hike a portion of the Likya Way or take the water taxi
Enjoy the sun at Limanağzı Beach
Evening Happy Hour & Sunset Viewing

The group makes its way to Limonağzı Cove, a quieter stretch just outside of Kaş. You can choose to arrive either by boat or by a coastal walk, passing Lycian tombs carved into the hillside along the way. Time is spent at the water, with space to swim, rest, and share lunch by the sea. In the afternoon, once back in town, there is time to move slowly through the streets, with the option to stop for tea or continue exploring. The day closes at the villa with a sunset gathering and happy hour before dinner.

Day 5 Kekova The Sunken City

A full day by boat along the coastline, combining ancient ruins, swimming, and a climb to a hilltop village.

Cruising The Turquoise Coast
Swim In Secluded Coves
Hike the Castle
An Amazing Lunch Onboard

The day begins on the water, moving along the coastline toward the Kekova region. By boat, you pass over the remains of a sunken Lycian city, visible beneath the surface. The structures, partially submerged due to ancient earthquakes, offer a quiet and direct connection to the history of the region. Throughout the day, there are stops for swimming in clear, protected coves, as well as time to rest on board. In the afternoon, you arrive at the village of Kaleköy. From the harbor, a short climb leads through narrow streets and hillside paths to a castle overlooking the coastline. The view opens across the water and surrounding islands, providing a sense of the scale and geography of the area. Lunch is taken along the water before returning by boat in the late afternoon. The evening continues at the villa with a relaxed gathering before dinner.

Day 6

Morning Cultural Workshop And Hike

Morning conversation over breakfast
Coastal Hike to Uyuyan Dev (Sleeping Giant)
Time for Reflection at Bűyűk Çakal Beach
Dinner On The Beach

The day begins at the villa with a slower morning and a shared breakfast. This time is intentionally left open for conversation, allowing space to reflect on the experience so far and connect with others in the group. Later in the morning, the group sets out on a coastal walk toward Uyuyan Dev, known as the “Sleeping Giant.” The path rises gradually, opening views across Kaş, the surrounding coastline, and nearby islands. The landscape reflects the same terrain that shaped ancient Lycian settlements, where elevation, visibility, and access to the sea were essential.

Following the walk, the day continues to Bűyűk Çakal Beach. Set between steep cliffs, the cove offers clear water and time to rest, swim, or remain along the shore.

The evening concludes with sunset and a final dinner on the beach.

Day 6 Kekova The Sunken City

Cruise the turquoise waters while sailing through a sunken city

Cruising The Turquoise Coast
Swim In Secluded Coves
Hike the Castle
An Amazing Lunch Onboard

You leave in the morning by boat. The coastline opens up as you move east toward Kekova. The remains of the sunken city appear just below the surface, visible through the water.

Day 7

Spend Two full days in Istanbul

Final Morning Breakfast In Kaş
Drive the Coast to Dalaman (1.5 hours)
Fly to Istanbul
Settle into the hotel & walk the surrounding area

The final morning in Kaş is left open, allowing time to move through the town at your own pace. This may include a walk through familiar streets, time by the water, or a quiet moment at a café. The intention is to allow the experience of the past days to settle before departure.

In the afternoon, the group departs for Istanbul. Upon arrival, you check into the hotel and begin to adjust to the pace of the city. The evening remains light, with time to walk through the neighborhood, have a relaxed dinner.

Day 8

Byzantine and Ottoman Foundations

Basilica Cistern
Hagia Sofia & Blue Mosque
Explore the Grand Bazaar

Visit major historical landmarks.

Basilica Cistern — a 6th-century Roman underground reservoir that held 2.8 million gallons of water, still largely intact beneath the city.

Hagia Sophia — built in 537 AD, it was the largest cathedral in the world for nearly a thousand years, then became a mosque, then a museum, and is now a mosque again. Its dome is an engineering marvel that influenced virtually every major domed structure in Western architecture.

Grand Bazaar — the heart of Eastern Trade, Spend the afternoon with you guides translating and touring the group through the grand bazaar.

The day focuses on how religion, architecture, and power shaped the city it is today with a relaxed evening shopping followed by a dinner in the big city.

Day 9

Tradition & A View from the sea & Asian side of İstanbul

500 Year old Turkish Bath (Hamam)
Dolmabahçe
Walk The Historic Istakal & Visit Galata Tower
Farewell Dinner

The Turkish hamam — Ottoman public baths date to the 15th and 16th centuries and were central to social life in a way that has no direct Western equivalent.

The day begins with a visit to a traditional Turkish bath, offering a slower, restorative start. The experience provides time to reset, both physically and mentally, after the movement of the past days.

Later in the day, the group visits Dolmabahçe Palace, a site that reflects a later period of the Ottoman Empire, shaped by both local tradition and European influence. The scale and detail of the palace offer a different perspective on the country’s history, distinct from what has been experienced along the coast.

In the afternoon, the experience shifts back into the rhythm of the city with a walk through Istiklal Street toward Galata. Moving through this area brings together daily life, architecture, and the layered character of modern Istanbul, with time to pause, explore, or continue at your own pace.

The evening concludes with a final dinner together, offering a moment to reflect on the experience as a whole before departure.

Day 10
